- Chug Aboard History: Ride the rails at the Pacific Southwest Railway Museum. Explore classic train exhibits, climb aboard for a vintage train excursion through our beautiful back country, and discover the fascinating story of regional railroads.
- Secrets of the Stone Store: Unearth the past at the Gaskill Brothers Stone Store. This historic hub, once a bustling center of commerce, travel, and ranching, unveils the region's captivating Indigenous, ranching, and military history.
- Motor Mania: Gear up for a journey through transportation history at the Motor Transport Museum. Housed in a former Feldspar Mill, this museum showcases a treasure trove of vintage vehicles, reflecting the area's rich mining heritage.
- Where Buffalo Soldiers Roamed: Saddle up and explore Camp Lockett Equestrian and Event Facility. Located on the grounds of a historic military outpost, this museum honors the legacy of the famed Buffalo Soldiers, the last mounted cavalry units trained in Southern California.

Camp Lockett Event & Equestrian Center and The Camp Lockett Museum
On any given weekend you will find exciting things happening here from Gymkhanas & Round-Ups to flat track racing and camping.
Gaskill Brothers Stone Store Museum
Learn about pioneers like the Gaskill Brothers, the 1875 shoot-out that took place here, the Kumeyaay Indians, U.S. Army Base, Camp Lockett and the first black cavalry division: the Buffalo Soldiers stationed at Campo - all inside this 1885 structure!
Motor Transport Museum
Situated at the former Standard Sanitary Manufacturing mill, there are over 200 examples of motor transport vehicles and industrial equipment as well as an archival collection of technical manuals, there is something for everyone here! Call (619) 478-2492 for more information.
Pacific Southwest Railway Museum
A living history railroad museum. Depart from our 1917 Campo Depot and travel back in time on our vintage 1940's equipment into Campo's back-country. Afterwards, leisurely stroll through our collection of over 90 pieces of railroad rolling stock including a Railway Post Office car and learn how railroads conquered the West.
